- Account data (email, name) — to create and manage your account and the beta waitlist. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Page content you create (bio, links, images, socials) — to publish your page. Legal basis: contract.
- Onboarding inputs sent to our AI provider to generate your page. Legal basis: contract.
- Privacy-first analytics (page views/clicks, no IP stored, anonymous visitor hash) — to understand usage. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Technical data (essential cookies, logs) — to keep the service secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest / contract.
We do not sell personal data. During the private beta there are no payments.
3. Sub-processors
We use the following processors, bound by data processing agreements (Art. 28):

4. International transfers
Some processors are outside the EU/EEA (e.g. the US). Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. [Confirm mechanisms before launch.]
5. Retention
We keep account and page data while your account is active and delete it on request or after account deletion. Anonymous analytics are aggregated. [Define exact periods before launch.]
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure (Art. 17), restriction, portability, and object to processing. To exercise them, email privacy@followy.link. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
