These Terms govern your use of Followy, operated by [Legal entity / sole trader name]. By creating an account you agree to them. Followy is currently in private beta.

1. The beta service

The service is provided during a private beta, on a limited-seat basis and free of charge. It may change, break, or be unavailable, and features may be added or removed. No availability or fitness guarantees are made during the beta.

2. Accounts & waitlist

You need an account to use Followy. New sign-ups may be placed on a waitlist and approved at our discretion while seats are limited. You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content.
• No spam, phishing, malware, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• You must hold the rights to any content and links you publish.

We may suspend or remove pages and accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display your page. You are responsible for your content.

5. Payments

During the private beta the service is free; there are no payments or subscriptions.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages or for data loss during the beta. [Review liability wording before launch.]
